Management of Apartment Buildings in Kyiv Billing

Starting from March 2025, Kyiv residents will see a new line in their utility bills: the management of apartment buildings for those who have not created a homeowners' association (HOA). This service covers expenses related to maintaining common property, technical servicing, and lighting. Local authorities held a competition to appoint managers for these buildings.
