Commemorating Artem Novikov: A Hero Who Died at 20

Artem Novikov, who died on January 11, 2023, gave his life to defend Ukraine during the full-scale invasion. The young hero, a fan of Kyiv's Dynamo, aspired to a professional sports career but instead took up arms to protect his country in the midst of combat. Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all lives lost in the war.
