Zastavnivka Community Uses Local Funds for State Roads

In the Zastavnivka community of Bukovina, local funds are being spent to maintain state roads that were supposed to be transferred to state management. Community head Vasyl Radysh stated that due to delays in the transfer process, the community must independently manage these sections. At the same time, local funds cannot be allocated for the repair of roads belonging to Lviv Railways, as this would be considered misuse of funds.
