Zahharova Refuses to Shake Hands with German Ambassador

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova refused to shake hands with German Ambassador Alexander Lambsdorff during his summons to the Russian Foreign Ministry. Lambsdorff noted that even diplomats from countries with strained relations usually greet each other, but Zakharova chose not to, leaving him disappointed after three years in Moscow.
