Changes in Classification for Entrepreneurs Starting 2027

Starting January 1, 2027, individual entrepreneurs and legal entities will need to independently update their classifications to the new NACE 2.1-UA system. This change will be integrated into the state statistics framework and is also part of Ukraine's commitments under the Association Agreement with the EU. There will be no automatic transition, so entrepreneurs should prepare for these updates.
