Remembering Ruslan Hoibov: The Heroism of a Fallen Defender from Cherkasy

Ruslan Hoibov from Cherkasy, who joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the beginning of the war, died during a comrade's evacuation from a drone strike. His wife, Olga Hoibova, shares memories of his bravery and has initiated a petition for him to receive the highest state title - Hero of Ukraine. The defender fought in battles in the Zaporizhzhia, Avdiivka, and Kupiansk directions.
