PrivatBank Customer Complains About Account Blocking After Transferring 1000 UAH

A PrivatBank customer reported that all his accounts were blocked after attempting to transfer 1000 UAH to a NovaPay card. He claims that access to his funds was restricted following a call to customer support, during which he expressed dissatisfaction with the verification process. The man has filed an official complaint with the bank.
