Kososv Files Cassation Appeal Against Verdict in Teen Murder Case

Artem Kosov, a former employee of the State Guard Administration of Ukraine, has filed a cassation appeal against the Kyiv Shevchenkivskyi District Court's life sentence for the murder of teenage Maxim Materukhin. Kosov claims that the crime was committed negligently. The date for the cassation hearing is currently unknown.
