Mount Olympus Seeks UNESCO World Heritage Status

Mount Olympus, deemed home to ancient Greek gods, may be granted UNESCO World Heritage status. The inclusion of this notable mountain will be discussed during the Committee's session in Seoul from July 19 to 29. At 2918 meters, Olympus is a symbol of Greece and holds unique natural significance.
