Decline in Donations for Animal Care in Poltava

In Poltava, donations for the care of evacuated animals have decreased, while the number of dogs and cats has increased. The head of the charity organization 'Charitable Fund for the Help of Homeless Animals' reported that more money is being spent on food and vaccination needs. Recently, three puppies were taken in by the shelter, all in need of assistance.
