UNESCO Considers Status of Chersonese Taurica Due to Russian Crimes

UNESCO is considering adding Chersonese Taurica to the list of World Heritage sites in danger due to illegal archaeological excavations and barbaric construction by occupiers. This issue is being discussed at the 48th session of the World Heritage Committee in Busan, Korea. The preservation of this unique site is under significant threat from activities by the occupying authorities in Crimea.
