Court Orders Ukrzaliznytsia to Pay Severance to Railway Employee

The Dniprovskyi District Court has ordered Ukrzaliznytsia to pay a railway employee a severance package amounting to eight average monthly salaries. The court dismissed the company's arguments regarding the inability to issue payments due to the state of war as unfounded. The woman, who worked in the railway sector for over 37 years, retired in March 2026.
