Fraudulent Loans: Court Orders Woman to Repay Credit Taken by Fraudsters

The Pustomyty District Court in Lviv Oblast ruled that a woman must repay 93,000 UAH to PrivatBank for a loan taken out by fraudsters. Although she claimed to be a victim, the court found her responsible for providing a one-time SMS code, absolving the bank of liability. The ruling was made on July 2, 2026.
