Poland Limits Use of SAFE Funds for Joint Projects with Ukraine

Poland will have limited capabilities to use funds from the SAFE program for joint defense projects with Ukraine, according to former Minister of National Defense Janusz Onyszkiewicz. He emphasized that Poland's financial capacity is already under significant pressure due to army modernization, which will affect its ability to cooperate with Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
