New Projects on Ukrainian Culinary Heritage Launched in Lviv
This summer, two new projects focusing on Ukrainian culinary heritage are launching in Lviv: the update of the digital library 'Seeds & Roots' and the creation of the gastronomic route 'The Book of Flavors of Lviv: Jewish Pages'. These projects will digitize over 220 important testimonies of culinary culture, making them freely accessible to the public.
