Receiving Payments in Poland to Become More Challenging: New ZUS Requirements

Starting January 1, 2027, Ukrainians applying for disability pensions and other payments in Poland will be required to undergo additional medical examinations. This provision has significant implications for those who ignore ZUS referrals, as it will affect the payment process. Some changes will come into effect earlier, while medical certification will only be enforced in 2027.
