Russia to Allow Registration of Cars Stolen from 'Unfriendly' Countries

The Russian government has proposed a bill allowing the registration of cars that are in international search. The Ministry of Internal Affairs will have the authority to determine the registration process for such vehicles, citing a lack of cooperation with Western countries as a justification for the changes. Earlier reports indicated schemes for legalizing stolen cars that were brought in through occupied territories of Ukraine.
