Supreme Court to Review Case of Former Boryspil Airport Director
The Supreme Court of Ukraine is set to review the cassation appeal against the verdict sentencing former Boryspil Airport director Yevhen Dyhne to 4 years in prison. He, along with Olesya Levinchko, head of the non-aeronautical services contract department, is accused of abusing their positions for the benefit of commercial companies, leading to significant losses. The Anti-Corruption Court had previously found them guilty of corruption-related offenses.
