Grandmother of Fallen Soldier Unable to Receive State Aid

Evhenia Nazarenko, a 70-year-old grandmother of fallen soldier Viktor Zadorizhnyi, is unable to receive one-time state aid due to a court's refusal to recognize her dependency on her grandson. Despite two attempts to contest the decision, the grandmother remains unsupported. Viktor, a 22-year-old soldier, died while carrying out duties in active combat zones.
