Increased Water Tariffs in Poltava: Details

In Poltava, starting from August 1, the tariffs for centralized water supply and sewage will increase from 33.76 UAH to 83.71 UAH per cubic meter. This decision was supported by 63 out of 84 members of the regional council, along with compensation mechanisms for vulnerable groups of the population. The main reasons for the tariff increase are the rising costs of electricity, fuel, and the need to raise salaries for the staff of the municipal enterprise.
