Experts Call for Legal Changes for Parents of Children with Disabilities

A public expert meeting discussed the need for changes in legislation governing the rights of parents of children with disabilities, particularly regarding the possibility of exemption from military service. Experts argue that the current legal conflict is unfair and requires urgent resolution, as many parents cannot leave their children without care. The Ukrainian Center for Human Rights Protection has urged the Verkhovna Rada to expedite the consideration of bill No. 15057 to improve the situation.
