Criminal Cases Against Military Personnel

In 2025, two criminal cases were reported against military personnel. The first involves soldier Kharchenko, who received a bribe for draft notice forms, while the second concerns the head of the Konotop Military Commissariat, who is currently under investigation. This year, investigations have also begun against Senior Soldier Filatov for offering a bribe.
