Arrest of the Head of Sumy Military Commissariat for Drunk Driving
In December 2025, patrol officers arrested Colonel Sez'k, the head of the Sumy Military Commissariat, for driving under the influence. He was found guilty and stripped of his driving rights, as well as fined. This marks the second case of alcohol-related issues within the leadership of the Commissariat.
